Leverage the Axia Cooperative purchasing program to maximize your organization’s value as you procure from Core & Main.

All Axia Cooperative Participating Agencies have access to Core & Main’s cooperative contract 2025165-02, originally solicited & awarded by the City of Mesa, AZ.

Participating Agencies may express their intent to utilize this contract by completing the Contract Affiliation Form below. This will prompt contact from Core & Main and provide access to all benefits provided by this contract, including (but not limited to):

• A broad catalog of water & wastewater products, solutions & services, covered under one contract
• Customer-specific market basket pricing
• Rebates back to your organization (provided by Axia Cooperative)

By submitting this form, the Participating Agency Understands & Acknowledges:

• Participating Agency requests that it be affiliated and thus provided access to Core & Main’s cooperative contract 2025165-02, originally solicited & awarded by the City of Mesa, AZ;
• Participating Agency purchases will be subject to the terms and conditions of City of Mesa Contract 2025165-02;
• Participating Agency understands that affiliation, unless otherwise terminated, will remain in effect throughout the term of the Vendor Agreement, including any agreement extensions.
• There are no minimum purchase requirements;
• Custom pricing / market basket pricing may be optionally provided by Core & Main based on your organization’s needs;
• Participating Agency must also complete the Axia Cooperative Rebate Program form to receive rebates based on your spend with Core & Main (and other Axia suppliers). The Axia Rebate Program is optional, free to Axia Participating Agencies and has no minimum purchase requirements.
