Some states have programs and/or requirements specific to certain types of entities (Cities, school districts, etc.). We monitor these and provide some information about them here.
Arizona School Districts
School districts within the State of Arizona must follow requirements put forth by the State, including the Uniform System of Financial Records (USFR). While it is the responsibility of each school district to comply with these requirements, Axia works with our lead agencies to ensure solicitation process, contract award and administration compliance.
The Arizona Auditor General provides a sample Procurement Compliance Questionnaire that you may use to help document your district’s compliance in utilizing any agreement in the Axia Cooperative Purchasing Program. Every agreement page on the Axia website includes the document you’ll need to complete this questionnaire. However, if you need assistance in this process, please contact us for assistance.
