Modernization

Fujitec’s North American Modernization Operations (NAMO) is the industry leader in system modernizations for Fujitec and OEM/third-party equipment. Each modernization is assigned a team of internal engineers and layout specialists to ensure every recommendation meets or exceeds Fujitec’s standard for safety, quality and mandated code requirements.

Fujitec’s Modernizations Include:

• Hydraulic MOD
• Mid-Rise MOD
• High-Rise MOD
• Escalator/Moving Walkway MOD

Service & Maintenance

Whether your building has 25 elevators or 1, Fujitec provides the necessary tools and education to justify decisions made on behalf of your transportation system.

Fujitec maintenance routes consist of ~68 units per mechanic. This approach allows us to effectively manage the time required to assess, diagnose and complete the necessary repairs that keep your system running.

We own the industry’s highest number of dedicated maintenance hours. Fujitec is firmly committed to the motto: “The Science of Service is Preventative Maintenance.”

The Fujitec maintenance portfolio contains ~12,000 units on service:

• 47% Fujitec equipment
• 53% Non-Fujitec equipment

Fujitec Technical Service Group (TSG) consists of national field engineers for troubleshooting and repairs who are just a phone call away.

Fujitec has the industry’s lowest callback rate per unit with less than 2 callbacks/unit/year. This means more uptime for your elevators and less billable invoices.
